My Story
Brandon Mullen
I'm a father of seven-year-old twins — Osprey and Sparrow — and I live and work here in Lafayette, Indiana. But my story starts long before they were born.
Growing up, I watched the women in my family struggle with obesity their entire lives. Yo-yo dieting. Frustration. Programs that would work for a while, then stop. As a young teenager, I decided I was going to figure out why — and I started studying biochemistry with one goal: help my family break the cycle for good.
What I discovered changed everything. The answer wasn't a stricter diet or more willpower. It was cellular nutrition. Food is medicine. Not a slogan — a biological truth. What we eat either nourishes our cells or starves them. Most of our modern “diseases” trace back to chronic cellular malnutrition.
